This page explains how users of the Rubalif app (published by Rubalif) can request that their account and associated data be deleted.

How to Request Deletion

To delete your Rubalif account, send a deletion request from the email address linked to your account to rubalifnews@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include:

• The name or email address associated with your Rubalif account
• A short note confirming you want your account and data permanently deleted

We will confirm your request by reply email and process the deletion within 30 days.

What Data Is Deleted

Once your request is processed, the following are permanently deleted:

• Your account profile (name, email address, phone number if provided)
• Your saved preferences, interests, and reading history
• Any bookmarks or saved articles tied to your account
• Feedback or messages you submitted through the app that are linked to your account

What Data May Be Retained

Some information may be kept for a limited period after your account is deleted, where necessary for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes — for example, records required to comply with applicable law, or logs used to investigate abuse. Retained data is limited to what is necessary for these purposes and is kept for no longer than 90 days, after which it is permanently removed. Aggregated or anonymized data that can no longer be linked back to you may be retained indefinitely for analytics.
